The first beta for Supermac license holders. It includes everything from the 1.0.37 alphas.

Back in this build

- AI chat with your own API key (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Grok, OpenAI-compatible, Ollama, LM Studio or Apple Intelligence).
- Translate.
- File Shelf.
- Screenshots.
- Breaks.

Activation

- Activate with the license key from your purchase email. A key works on up to 3 Macs, and you can free a Mac from the license portal.
- Clear messages for license errors, such as an invalid key or a full seat limit.
- If a Mac loses its activation, Supermac re-activates once automatically.

Fixes

- Only one copy of Supermac runs at a time. A second copy no longer competes for the same database, which caused "database is locked" errors.
- Database writes now retry briefly when another process holds the lock.
- Settings only lists features that are in this build.

Usage stats

- Anonymous usage stats are on by default for the beta and can be turned off in Settings.
